David Pitman, Secretary of the J Class Association, has announced that Velsheda will have to withdraw from the JPMorgan Asset Management Round the Island Race. Her 'mini refit' ashore at Gosport has required more work than was initially anticipated.
This is a big disappointment to the many fans and competitors who wished to see her racing in the UK.
