How's your French?
If it's good enough to read this note, which was stuck up in the cabin of Paprec-Virbac, then you'll get an insight into the manifesto that won the Barcelona World Race.
Jean-Pierre Dick's boat is extraordinarily well organised, the clear product of a highly ordered mind (fascinating, and more of that in the April issue of Yachting World). It even extends to this agreed mission statement with co-skipper Damian Foxall.
I like the one that says, you know, we'll talk through any disagreements blah-de-blah, but if we can't sort them out...JP IS THE BOSS.
